• Total Debt to EBIDTA of less than 3 times
• Proven and committed management teams
• Privately held companies in their growth stage
• Competitive advantages in market segment or defensible niche position
• Companies with operations in the Southeast
  
• Sound historical financial performance

Ineligible investments include the following

• Dramatic “turnaround” situations
• Real Estate, mining, oil and gas
• Start-ups
• Hostile takeovers or other adversarial situations
